Common questions

Will checking my options with Cherry affect my credit?

No. Cherry uses a soft credit check to show your options, which does not impact your credit score. Review Cherry’s terms before you accept a plan.

What if I’m not approved?

We offer two financing partners for exactly this reason. If Cherry isn’t the right fit, you can apply for CareCredit, or call us and we’ll help you find the best path forward.

Can I use Cherry with dental insurance?

Yes. We are out of network with insurance companies: you pay at the time of your visit, and we file the claim so your plan can reimburse you. A Cherry plan can cover what you pay, and health savings and flex plans are welcome too.

Do cash courtesies apply if I finance?

No. Our prepayment courtesy and special pricing are for full payment by cash or check, and they can’t be combined with Cherry or CareCredit. When you finance, a down payment is customary to keep your monthly payments lower.
