Frequently asked questions
- Yes, and we encourage it. Both CareCredit and Cherry offer online pre-approval so you can come in knowing exactly what your payment options are. It only takes a few minutes and you’ll get a decision right away.
- Cherry uses a soft credit check which does not impact your credit score. CareCredit may use a hard inquiry depending on your application. We recommend reviewing each provider’s terms before applying.
- Both CareCredit and Cherry can be used for virtually any dental procedure we offer, including dental implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, crowns, and routine care. There’s no restriction on what treatment qualifies.
- We offer two financing partners for exactly this reason. If you’re not approved for one, we encourage you to try the other. Cherry in particular works with a broader range of credit profiles. If you have questions, call us and we’ll help you find the best path forward.
- Yes. As a privately owned practice we don’t participate with any insurance company, but we submit your insurance paperwork on your behalf and work to get you the maximum reimbursement for covered procedures. You can pay for your care with CareCredit or Cherry, and we also work with health savings and flex plans.
- No. Our courtesies and special pricing are for full payment. Paying in full when you schedule earns a 2–5% prepayment courtesy (10% for patients 70 and over), and our special offers on services such as Invisalign, implants and teeth whitening are our fee for full payment by cash or check. These can’t be combined with CareCredit or Cherry, and when you finance, a down payment is customary to keep your monthly payments lower.
